EveryMatrix co-founder Stian Hornsletten is set to take on a new role as CEO of the company’s games division, starting February 1st. In his new position, Hornsletten will be responsible for driving in-house development and establishing third-party content partnerships. Having been a part of EveryMatrix since its inception in 2008, Hornsletten has held various leadership roles within the company, including CEO, executive chairman, and executive director before becoming the chief commercial officer in November 2019.

Ebbe Groes, group CEO of EveryMatrix, expressed his gratitude for Hornsletten’s role in the company’s establishment, stating that without him, EveryMatrix would not exist. Groes also expressed confidence in Hornsletten’s ability to lead the games division, noting his energy, innovation, and passion.

In addition to Hornsletten’s new role, EveryMatrix has announced the appointment of Nikolina Gabelica as the new head of lottery. Gabelica joins EveryMatrix from the Croatian Lottery, where she held the position of director of business development and marketing. With over 20 years of experience in the lottery and gaming industry, Gabelica brings a diverse perspective to her new role.

Gabelica expressed her enthusiasm for joining EveryMatrix, emphasizing the company’s modular, API-driven solutions as ideal for global lotteries looking to establish or expand their digital presence. She also mentioned her intention to focus on strategies for both existing and new WLA member organizations and lottery clients, with plans to meet with customers at ICE 2024.

EveryMatrix stated that it will shortly announce a new chief commercial officer to fill Hornsletten’s previous role. These executive appointments reflect the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and driving growth in its games and lottery divisions.
