Games Global has officially completed its acquisition of the B2B assets of Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC B2B) from Super Group. The agreement, which was made exactly one year ago today, has now been finalized, marking a significant milestone for Games Global as it prepares for its US launch.

The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed to the public. However, Games Global is touting the acquisition as a strategic move that will allow the company to work directly with operators in the US market. DGC B2B is currently active in several US states, including Pennsylvania, Iowa, New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Virginia, Ohio, and Louisiana.

Super Group, which had only recently acquired DGC B2B and the rights to the Betway brand in the US, in January 2023, expressed its satisfaction with the completion of the sale. Super Group CEO Neal Menashe stated that the company can now focus on its global B2C growth, while reaffirming Games Global as a “valued long-term partner.”

In addition to the acquisition, Games Global CEO Walter Bugno expressed his excitement about the company’s entry into the fast-growing US market. He highlighted the acquisition as a key step in the company’s vision to become a leader in the global gaming industry. Bugno emphasized that the move not only strengthens Games Global’s global position but also allows for further innovation and the delivery of exceptional experiences to operators and their players.

Despite being a relative newcomer to the market, Games Global boasts a network of 40 exclusive studios, along with a collection of over 1,300 proprietary games and a wide-reaching progressive jackpot network. The completion of the acquisition sets the stage for Games Global to establish its presence in the US market and continue its growth in the global gaming industry.
