Boylesports has named Michail Koutsoukos as its new head of customer engagement, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Kaizen Gaming and Kindred Group. Koutsoukos made the move to Boylesports late last year, having previously worked on the Stoiximan and Betano brands at Kaizen Gaming, where he served as director of customer relationship management and head of lifecycles.

Before his time at Kaizen Gaming, Koutsoukos spent four years at Kindred Group, where he held various senior roles such as head of customer strategy, head of customer campaigns, and head of customer communications. Prior to entering the gambling industry, Koutsoukos spent over 12 years at De Agostini Editore, a publishing company owned by De Agostini, which is also involved in coordinating and managing operating companies within the publishing sector. The wider De Agostini group includes clients such as International Game Technology (IGT).

Koutsoukos is just one of the latest appointments in the industry, with igaming technology solutions provider iGP announcing Dirk Camilleri as its new chief product officer. Camilleri has over eight years of experience in the gambling industry, most recently serving as vice-president of product at Pariplay. Additionally, Dimitar Panteleev has joined NeoGames subsidiary Wizard Games as director of games technology, responsible for driving research and deployment of new technology. Panteleev previously held the role of chief technology officer at Bulgarian igaming provider The Better Platform. These appointments highlight the ongoing growth and developments within the gambling industry.
